This incident was closed on Thursday, June 4th, 2026 at 20:43hrs.

Our engineer attended the site and replaced the identified faulty equipment. Following this work, services have been restored and are now operating normally across the site.

We are continuing to monitor, and all affected services appear to be stable.

Any remaining issues should be raised as individual faults through the usual support channels.

Our engineer is currently en route to site, with an estimated time of arrival of 20:30. Upon arrival, they will begin replacing the affected devices and work to restore service for all impacted customers.

Following our initial remote checks, we have identified that this incident is currently impacting a small number of customers.

We are now dispatching an engineer to site to investigate further and replace the identified faulty equipment, with the aim of resolving the issue for affected customers.

Once the engineer is confirmed to be en route, we will provide a further update including the estimated time of arrival.
